Namefag

Namefags are users of an imageboard who decide to put something in the name field or do other things to make themselves recognizable instead of remaining anonymous like normal people. On the Zarty, namefagging is exclusive to the /drenthe/ board. It used to be available for every board^{[it just is, ok?]} until the Soruum update. Like on almost every imageboard website, Zarty users hate namefagging and namefags due to attention whoring, and because the Zarty has only a few users on it these days, it just turns the site into der 'cord, or something like that.

Namefagging on the Ongezellig Booru (creating an account) can get you the privilege of being able to bypass the media pending approval system which is useful for instantly getting stuff on the site. Beyond instant approval, there isn't any point in creating an account because nobody uses the Zooru to poofling or have sisterwars or whatever, unlike the Shartysphere version.

Types

Namefag

A namefag is a standard attention whore who simply fills out the name field with his name or creates an account on the Zooru.

Avatarfag

An avatarfag is an attention whore who repeatedly uses a recognizable image or images to signal that they are indeed this user.

Tripfags

I don't really know what a tripcode is nor do I care, but some attention whores create a password-protected tripcode so no one can impersonate xhem.
