Euromutt hours aka Obsessed hours (GMT-1 to GMT+4) are the most active hours on the Zarty. The reason for this is the large number of Slavs, EvropaDEITIES and small third world groups of people. Sometimes it's the most active hours for demoralisers when they get bored.
