Before the site was made public, he used TinyIB-Wippy (a simplified fork of TinnyIB) as the script for the site, since he was too smart to install Vichan (eventho it takes 1 hour MAX). After three days of learning HTML and CSS and realising that TinnyIB-Wippy is too shit to act as a zaryan homeland, Zoot attempted to install Vichan. After 4 more days of somehow screwing the simplest of tasks and reinstalling the script 3 times, he managed to get the site up and running. Before the opening, on the 27th the site was "leaked" on the thread after Zoot posted and deleted it for some reason, where it was found to be a blank website with the rules written on it in orange letters.
