Before the site was made public, he used TinyIB-Wippy (a simplified fork of TinnyIB) as the script for the site, since he was too smart to install Vichan (eventho it takes 1 hour MAX). After three days of learning HTML and CSS and realising that TinnyIB-Wippy is too shit to act as a zaryan homeland, Zoot attempted to install Vichan. After 4 more days of somehow screwing the simplest of tasks and reinstalling the script 3 times, he managed to get the site up and running.
